Thank you so much for the reply. I fully understand how about the extra problems expanding playable nations must cause Brice. I am very lucky to be aware of the "Highlanders" and have received a huge amount of help from them - i will be eternally grateful of that! I am close to being fully upgraded in terms of the stadium so I will soon be able to afford to bring in British players myself which I cant wait. The fact we have a national team but not home league just is a bit of a shame. I would imagine that Britain could be quite a decent market for new "human" players to this game also. I love this game, its awesome but if I could choose one thing then it would be this!! wink

If Brice does read this then please don't think of this as a negative moan, this game is truly excellent!

Hi all. It has been a while since my last post. It has been a tricky time for everyone and I wish everyone good health to themselves and families. Anyway my apologies if this has been covered elsewhere...but I wondered if there were eventual plans to expand the "playable" nationalities of teams to include Great Britain? Obviously with sufficient expansion of your training facilities we can "pull" youth players from Great Britain, but it would be awesome if you could have a British team playable in the European leagues.

I just wanted to say how useful this thread has been to me. It has really helped me appreciate getting the stadium and club to a level before pushing my playing squad up. I really enjoy the challenge of financial control and it appears this game has a good formula to be able to challenge older but less financially sensible teams. Thanks as always to this great community.

I would have loved to have played you in Game 15, but I already have one lined up and I wouldn't want to cancel it for the opponent. Would love to play you one day though!!

Hi there

I am currently based in league 6.09 in the North American league. We have 13 teams in the league - which I wasn't expecting and the 13th team appears not to be scheduled in to play anyone and has played no games and therefore has 0 points. I was ignoring this to be honest because it didn't appear to affect me, but upon checking my draft position it shows that I will likely get pick #0. Due to my dreadful team this season I have lost every single game and despite the "13th team" not playing any games I am below them due to goal difference!! What a loser I know! smile

Does that mean I am unlikely to receive a draft pick or will #0 choose before #1 on the draft?

It is not particularly a big deal because I can't afford to scout currently, but it would be nice to be part of my first draft to see how it works.

I am from England and live in a small village called Stockton (hence the team name). The closest ice hockey team is the Coventry Blaze playing in the Elite League of British Hockey. I love watching hockey and have been lucky enough to catch a few games over in Canada and the US too. In fact I managed to combine a couple of games into our honeymoon...my poor wife!!

I absolutely love the sport, but have absolutely zero playing ability, so I have to make do with "managing" rather than playing.

I am always happy to learn from and meet new people so pop in to the club and say hi!

How do you put the EZM signature ate the bottom of your forum post please? I mean the blue one that links to your team, league etc. I have seen that many people have them and they look great!

I am not sure if anyone is still happy to create team logo's, but I am writing here in the hope that someone is kind enough to make my team one please?

Shirt colours: Happy to go with whatever looks good based upon the logo. Currently the shirts are red/black themed, but my wife says I am dreadful choosing colours!

I am very excited to announce that I have just formed the "Stockton Stars" under the username "Jon". I am a massive fan of Ice Hockey and really wish I had chanced upon this game sooner. I actually live in England but have entered the North American leagues in Canada.

First impressions are that this looks fantastic, the 8 bit graphics...awesome and the vast amount of tabs that I can click on...but I could really do with a little help so I start on the right footing. My grasp of German is not what it should be.

Is there anyone who would be happy to help me get off and running with a little support should I need it? If anyone would consider mentoring me short term then that would be awesome.

I understand that I should try and play some friendly exhibition matches at a larger stadium to get me some much needed funds. So again if you don't want the commitment of helping me, feel free to share some large ticket incomes with me... wink
