Thema: Great Britain as a playable nation?

Hi all. It has been a while since my last post. It has been a tricky time for everyone and I wish everyone good health to themselves and families. Anyway my apologies if this has been covered elsewhere...but I wondered if there were eventual plans to expand the "playable" nationalities of teams to include Great Britain? Obviously with sufficient expansion of your training facilities we can "pull" youth players from Great Britain, but it would be awesome if you could have a British team playable in the European leagues.
My thanks as always
Jon

Re: Great Britain as a playable nation?

Hi Jon!

I'm not answering on behalf of the developer of the game, but from experience I'd say Brice ist rather reluctant to add more playable nations at this time.

Maybe Brice himself can give more insight on his plans concerning your question, but I wouldn't be too optimistic about that short-term...

But have a look at the Team "Highlanders of Tain" (currently playing in the Premier Division in Scandinavia). He's an example a work-around how you can have a British roster without having a British team! smile

Re: Great Britain as a playable nation?

Thank you so much for the reply. I fully understand how about the extra problems expanding playable nations must cause Brice. I am very lucky to be aware of the "Highlanders" and have received a huge amount of help from them - i will be eternally grateful of that! I am close to being fully upgraded in terms of the stadium so I will soon be able to afford to bring in British players myself which I cant wait. The fact we have a national team but not home league just is a bit of a shame. I would imagine that Britain could be quite a decent market for new "human" players to this game also. I love this game, its awesome but if I could choose one thing then it would be this!! wink

If Brice does read this then please don't think of this as a negative moan, this game is truly excellent!

The odds are good for Team GB to be promoted to the Top Division of the World Cup though smile (thanks to the Highlanders big_smile )
They compete with Estonia and Belarus right now - that's rather thrilling to follow big_smile
